Another F1 FARCE!!! Qualifying for Australia

INFUCKINGSANE!!!!

In all my years of watching F1, going back to the mid 80's I NEVER SAW SUCH A FUCKED UP FARCE IN QUALIFYING AS 2016 AUSTRALIA!

If F1 does not ditch this format by the next race it deserves NO FANS WATCHING!

At min. it needs to go back to the way it was last year.

Fans in Australia for qualifying should get their money back.


LOOK BERNIE/F1 Just do this suggested format.

55 minute session, each car can do a max. of 15 laps (out lap - quali. lap - in lap) essentially up to 5 runs.

All cars must have a banked lap time by 22:50min. If not they are eliminated from qualifying and seeded by their placing relative to each of the others that may also be eliminated based on the last race finish positions.

At the 40:00min. mark cars MUST have a qualifying time within 107% of the lead car by the 40:00min mark. If not they will be eliminated and seeded on their times already established.

The last 15:00 min. is a run to the pole by the top remaining cars.

THAT'S IT! THAT IS ALL F1 NEEDS FOR A GOOD QUALIFYING SESSION!

I actually thought the qualifying concept had potential. Bit it was always going to be a failure in the first round because the teams are never close enough for the third session to come down to the wire.
