Heya peeps

So this place is dead as dicks.

Anyway, if there's anybody still out there, after many years going without, I finally have internet at home. So of course, the first things I have been doing have been gaming online (as one does, of course!). The caveat to that is I'm still running PS3/360.

I have set up PSN/XBL accounts. No Gold yet on XBL, that'll have to wait until sometime next month, so for XBox, I've basically been running through all of the Forzas since I lost all my previous gamesaves (My old 360 died, as 360s do quite often). I'm so far about a quarter of the way through Forza 3. Been kinda pussyfooting my progress, though. Mostly just building race cars, and painting them. I have forgotten how much fun this game was; but I am still anxious to get back to 4 and the Horizons.

Anyway, please feel free to add my late ass to the party-- my GT for both XBL and PSN is Turbojett183.

Hey Dudes - I still check in from time to time too.

I have a feeling that the internet has moved on from forums. It's all "web 2.0 now" and "Facebook" and "instagram" and all that shit. But there's always a place for a little retrospective automobileforum.com in my life.

Turn on the Beatles, crack a vanilla coke and I'm right back in undergrad again.

I tried Facebook a long time ago, and I tried, I really did, but I just couldn't get into it. I think I deleted it a long time ago.

Plus, you.know, there's just some people I really don't want to reconnect with.

The thing is social media is way too personal. Message boards are a bit more anonymous.... that's why I like them

I created a secret fb group for AF, so if anyone wants to join because all forums seem to be dead nowadays.

Add me as friend, or another AF’er with Facebook should be able to add you.

Facebook.com/governmentmotors should get you to me

I will add you as a friend on FB get you into the secret AF FB group. Then you can unfriend me if you like.

I think we are adult enough to where we really don’t care if you only have a vw polo or you have 17 la Ferrari’s.
