Flint is bad, their situation is not so good. The real problem is flint doesn't have the tax base to take care of itself. Lead pipes are common throughout the Midwest. My house has a lead entrance pipe, so as long as they always treat the water correctly it really shouldn't be a problem.

But this is how ghetto flint can be, people tried to return water to the store to get money for it. They had to start using a marker on all the bar codes.

Yep, it's sad. I was back there in December. Glad my dad's house is outside the city limits, in Flint Township, which is still on Detroit water.
