The Explorer has always just balanced well for me... just personal preference. Plus it has that subtle, yet aggressive look without looking like it's trying too hard like the Warrior.

Now if I won the lottery, I'd give Ken Lawrence a call. Unfortunately, I don't have $7,000 and two years wait laying around...

I always thought this was interesting (not saying he invented it, but just for conversation sake). At first glance it looks like 'guitar rice' but after hearing an interview with Kerry King (Slayer's guitarist) about his gear, he made mention that his custom BC Rich has those LEDs. He said since they play on dark stages a lot, and his eyes are getting old, having the LEDs is invaluable as he can't see the regular dots on the top of the neck. Interesting...

Maybe if Kerry King took his sunglasses off every once in a while. I'm not much of a Slayer fan, but the theory makes sense.

Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, and Anthrax (never got into Anthrax, either) have been bands for over 30 years. They all played in a concert together to celebrate called "the Big Four" or something like that.
