Have you ever been so bored at work that you want to slit your wrists just so you have something to do?


Jesus fuck my new job is boring and unrewarding.

I don't have time to be bored at work. Most days it feels like I have to pull 12 hour shifts just to get everything done.

That's what I was used to. Now I go to work, twiddle my thumbs and leave

You should try being unemployed. Talk about being bored.

I have about 6 hours of busy time a day, and 2 that I can chill. I like my job.

Comes in waves for me. Which is OK. Some days, or weeks I'm chugging along, 4-5 hours of busy time a day. Other days or weeks it seems like I'm putting in 10 hours of busy time a day.

I think I'd prefer stable work, where you're consantly, somewhat, busy.

Being busy as hell in a job your heart just isn't in is at least as bad. Like you're only there because you have to be; and you know if you're not you don't eat or have a roof over your head or a car to drive, but you really, really, reeeaaally don't want to be here.
Fuck me I hate my job.

i have like 1 in 20 days where i need to hurry, and i don't quite like it.. i don't like sitting around doing not much at all... but i'm looking into emigrating to another country, where it's easier to get a citizenship if you have a proper bloody job... so i'll just stay at this one till i've saved enough to leave...

and i've been doing so for the past like 3 years.. but i keep spending all my savings on holidays.... ugh...

i started living cheap, and doing extra days so i can make more money... so i can leave sooner... and i'm forcing myself not to waste more on holidays. starting mid june, when i've finished my next holiday...... ugh i suck....

Fuck me, my boss bitched at me for spending too much time in the build area.

I really am starting to regret my job change, but good news is I got a car running at work today!
